MARCOS

Marcos was born and raised in the Esquel and Cholila area. He has been guiding fly fisherman to his local waters and trout for more than 20 years now and is as accomplished of a guide as he is a fisherman. He is also the proprietor of El Trebol, which is one of the lodges you will be staying at while fishing in the Los Alerces region. Marcos' family settled in the Cholila Valley of Argentina in the 1940s and never left.

Marcos is born and raised in Patagonia, and his vast knowledge of the waters and area makes him one of the head guides for Esquel Outfitters, as well as one of the owners. His persistence, patience and humor will provide you with enjoyment all day long. Marcos is fluent in English, German and Spanish.
