The town of Futaleufu is nestled in the beautiful valley just across the border from Esquel Argentina. It feels more like a village than town. Only 15 years ago the first kayakers were discovering the challenges of the mighty Futaleufu River.

If you aren’t a kayaker, rafter, fly fisherman or adventurous traveler, you probably would never discover this sleepy town. There isn’t much to do here other than enjoy the scenery and take in one of those activities. This town offers friendliness and hospitality to all who arrive in pursuit of recreation.
